Examples include sharing your email with BLPF’s email list provider, Squarespace, for the sole purpose of BLPF emailing you; GSuite email, Google Drive and Google Calendar for the sole purpose of serving you in BLPF’s business; and Zoom videoconferencing and webinar tool, for the sole purpose of serving you in BLPF’s business. This data sharing enables BLPF to deliver Products and Services to you and to manage BLPF as a business.

BLPF may release personal information to enforce its Website Terms and Conditions of Use, other Terms and Conditions, manage its business, protect users or the general public, or to otherwise comply with legal obligations.

We also share this information with Stripe, our payment processor. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including: Information about your browser, network and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; web pages you view while on this website; and your IP address. Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

If you send BLPF messages via forms on the Website, purchases made on the Website and/or via email, BLPF may retain the content of your email or form messages, your email address, any other contact information you provide, and BLPF’s response(s). This information receives the same protection BLPF uses for maintaining information received via online, mail and telephone sources. Bottom Line Personal Finance LLC prohibits children under the age of 13 from using all parts of all Websites and Products. Bottom Line Personal Finance LLC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If Bottom Line Personal Finance LLC learns that it has information or content from anyone under the age of 13, it will delete that information.
